The High-Risk Learners Report documents Learners who are at a higher risk of being deceived by a phishing scam. Platform Admins set up what conditions they consider relevant for identifying High-Risk learners. Click here for instructions to enable and configure the High-Risk Learner report.
Benefits of this Feature
- Easily identify Learners you deem as high risk
- The number of high risk learners will appear under Dashboard > High Risk Learners
- A range of filters can be applied to this report
- The report can be downloaded as a CSV.
Things to Note
- High Risk Learner won't be visible under Dashboard, unless High Risk Learners is enabled.
- The results of this report are defined by a date range. What this means, it will show all the learners that matches the condition from beginning of time unless date is specified.
- The measurement unit used is percentage (%). When comparing the same learner over different time frames, the results obtained may differ.
Example: Learner = abc@gmail.com, CTR (Click Through Rate) >= 50
- January: phishing emails sent = 1, clicked phishing emails = 1 → CTR = 100% → Yes
- February: phishing emails sent = 2, clicked phishing emails = 0 → CTR = 0 → No
- January - February: phishing emails sent = 3, clicked phishing emails = 1 → CTR = 33.33% →No
Generate High Risk Learners report
- Log in to your Phriendly Phishing account.
- Navigate to Dashboard > High Risk Learners

From here, you can view your Organisation's current settings as well as apply any filters to the report. Once you are happy with the filters, click Apply Filters
Note: Click here to update your Organisation's current settings.
- You can then Download the report if preferred.
