Phish Reporter Results

The Phish Reporter Results shows the learners that have reported phishing emails using the Phish Report Outlook Add-in.

 Requirements

  1. You must have the Phish Reporter Outlook Add-in configured in your account to see this tab in your dashboard. Refer to this guide, Phish Reporter: Settings Configuration and Compatibility.
  2. The safe sender and other phishing emails reported using the Phishing Reporter Outlook add-in should be regularly investigated.
  3. This Report takes into account the Reported Date but not the Email Delivery Date (e.g. reported time could be September but the email was sent to the learner Aug.)

View and Download the Phish Reporter Results

  1. In your Phriendly Phishing account, navigate to Dashboard > Phish Reporter Results 
  2. Right side of the page, you will see the Download CSV button. PRresults.png

Understanding and Navigating through the Phish Reporter Results

  1. Date Range: Based on your preference, data can be filtered within desired dates and if you want the view as Daily, Weekly or Monthly. PRR1.png
  2. Reported Emails Category: The reported Phishing Emails are categorised as below: PRR4.png

     

    Category Name Definition
    Phriendly Phishing Emails Reported emails sent by Phriiendly Phishing
    Support Demo Emails This is your Zone Name and these are the emails that were reported but are added as safe in Safe Senders list.
    Other Emails Emails that are potential threats and needs to be investigated
  3. Report Columns: Below are the data columns and their definitions which is included in the CSV file. 

    Column Name Definition
    Email Email of the learner or user who reported
    Name Reporter's Name
    Report Time Time that email was reported or time when Phish Reporter button was clicked
    Is Learner  
    Zone Zone or Account Name
    Reported From This could either be reported from Web Access or Desktop
  4. Graph: Below is a sample graph of a monthly view of Phish Reporter Results. Hover on the link to view the numbers. PRR6.png
