You have the ability to Edit, Pause, and Delete a campaign block once it has been scheduled.
How to Edit a Scheduled Campaign
Navigate to the Learning Paths tab and select the campaign block you would like to modify (a details page will open under the timeline) and select the action you would like to take.
The Pause button allows you to temporarily pause the campaign block. You have the option to apply this to a singular campaign block or all subsequent campaign blocks in that group.
No emails scheduled from a campaign block will be sent while it is paused. You will have the option to resume the block or subsequent blocks at any time.
The Remove button allows you to permanently delete the campaign block. You have the option to apply this to a singular campaign block or all subsequent campaign blocks in that group.
You also have the option to pause or remove individual learners in a future campaign block by clicking on Action > Pause/Remove
The Edit button allows you to change the Campaign Group Name, Schedule, and Manage Learners by adding or removing learners from the campaign.
To add a learner to the Campaign, select the email address of the learner.
To remove a learner, deselect the email address of the learner.
Select Preview the view the new edits, or select Update Campaign to save the changes.
