How do I exempt a learner from a training course?

Learners may be exempt from a training course.

Examples of exceptions for learners being marked as completed may include: 

• The learner is exempt from completing the training course
• The email address added for the learner is not a personal email address, rather a shared email inbox
• The learner has already taken the training course
• The learner has completed the course under a previous name 

If you do not update their completion score learner will show as incompleted and can be rescheduled in the training course and will receive reminders to take the training course. 

You will need to update their training course completion score to a passing score between 80-100%.   The Mark Course as Completed feature will allow you to manually add a  passing score for the learner.
