The Learning Dashboard provides a summary of key training indicators across your security awareness training program. The report highlights primary metrics from scheduled trainings and learner training completion statistics.
Things to Note
- This report shows training activities that are sent by Phriendly Phishing. It does not include self-hosted training content results.
- Data does not include removed learners.
- Charts Training Completion Breakdown Trend and Date Completed Training Trend does not depend on the filtered date. Instead it automatically shows the monthly trend, 12 months back from the last date selected in Date Range.
- Email Sent computes the original or the first email that was sent upon course assignment. Report does not take into account reminder emails.

Access the Learning Dashboard button
Log in to Phriendly Phishing > Expand Dashboard > Learning Dashboard
Download the report as PDF
- Go to Dashboard > Learning Dashboard > Click on the "Download as PDF" button.
- A pop-up notification will appear at the lower right side of the platform.
- The platform will auto-generate the report and will notify via account notification, once the report is ready for download.
Metrics that are shown in Learning Dashboard
Training Sent : This shows the number of Training Emails sent for the filtered date range. Email sent is only based on the first email that was sent and not the reminder emails.
Training Status : Breakdown of learners who passed and not passed, across all Trainings.
Training Completion Breakdown : Breakdown of Training completion for the filtered date range.
- Enrolled: Number of Learners assigned to a course for the filtered date range (this will always be the same value as that in Training Sent)
- Started: Number of Learners who started the course (includes passed, incomplete, failed)
- Passed: Number of Learners with a Passed result
Training Completion Breakdown Trend : Learner training completion as a bar chart over a 12-month period. Number is dependent on assigned date or email sent date.
Training Accessed By Device : Overview on what devices the learners are accessing the training from. This computes unique results per device.
Date Completed Training Trend : Number of Learners who passed Training for the month regardless of assigned date or email sent date over a 12-month period.
Top 10 Lowest Training Completion : Lowest learners having the lowest rate of training completion in the specified month.
