Edit Learning Journey

You can edit Running and Pending Learning Journey to do the following:

1. Add a new course to an existing Learning Journey
2. Stop a running course

Add a new course to an existing Learning Journey

1. Log into your Phriendly Phishing account and select the pencil icon to Edit the Learning Journey
    
2. A pop up will appear and select Edit Learning Journey button.

3. Make the required changes to your Learning Journey, then select Save.

    Things to Note

   • Add course button is available from the most recent Started course (first image)
     

   • Only courses that have not started can be deleted (bin icon) and the minimum interval be changed (second image)
     

   • When adding a new course, start date or Minimum Interval  can be changed prior to saving

4. Confirm your changes by selecting Save and Continue to continue changes or Save and Exit.
   Note: To disregard your changes select Cancel.
   
5. Your changes will reflect in your Learning Path timeline. 

Stop a running course

1. Navigate to Learningpath->Timeline and select the pencil icon to Edit the Learning Journey.
2. A pop up will appear and select Stop Started Courses button.
3. Pop up page below will appear, click the red square icon to stop the course.
4. After clicking the stop button, you can either undo the change or click Save to proceed.
5. Confirm changes by selecting Save and Continue.
6. After clicking Save and Continue, course will appear as deactivated.
