Our Role Based Access Control feature allows a Phriendly Phishing Company Administrator to create, manage roles and accessibility for any new and existing Phriendly Phishing Admins.
Important Things to Note
The Default Role is designed to include full permissions and access in the platform. Default Role - Orgnisation Administrator is assigned to newly added Admins unless changed. Only Company Admins who are assigned to the default role can edit and / or manage Role permissions or if the permission granted is Role Management . You can view what the Default Role is under Admins > Role
This article takes you through:
How to set up new Roles from your Phriendly Phishing account
Log in to Phriendly Phishing > Dashboard > Admins and Roles > Roles
Click
Fill out the information as required on the pop-up dialogue box and hit Save once done.
How to Edit Roles and Permissions
Hover on the 3 dots besides the Role name.
Click Edit Permissions and check the appropriate permissions for the role being edited. Refer to Description of Assigned Role and Platform access for permission descriptions.
Click Save .
Hover on the 3 dots besides the Role name.
Click Delete Role or Clone Role
Click Save .
