Role Based Access Control (RBAC) – Phriendly Phishing

Our Role Based Access Control feature allows a Phriendly Phishing Company Administrator to create, manage roles and accessibility for any new and existing Phriendly Phishing Company Admins.

As a Company Administrator, you can access this feature in the platform Main Dashboard, under Admins and Roles > Roles.

Important things to note:

The default role is designed to include full permissions and access in the platform.
Only Company Admins who are assigned to the default Role can edit and / or manage Role permissions or if the permission granted is Role Management.
Below is a sample screenshot of a Company Admin whose assigned Role is limited to Dashboard and Reporting.

How to set up new Roles from your Phriendly Phishing account

Go to Main Dashboard > Admins and Roles > Roles
Click New Role
Fill out the information as required on the pop-up dialogue box. Note: Check the box, if the role is the preferred default role.
Once filled out, click Save.
Once saved, click Edit Permissions to associate the newly created Role to a specific feature or permissions in the platform.
Below message appears when editing permissions for a newly created or an existing role.
Tick the boxes as proper, based on the Role. Once done, click Save.

How to edit roles and permissions

Hover on the 3 dots besides the Role name.
Click Edit Permissions and check the appropriate permissions for the role being edited.
Click Save.

How to clone and delete Roles

Hover on the 3 dots besides the Role name.
Click Delete Role or Clone Role
Click Save.
