Phriendly Phishing emails may be blocked or generate false positive click events if you have a third-party mail filtering service, such as Symantec.cloud, Mimecast, and many others.
Configuring a connector smart host within Office 365 (O365) will allow Phriendly Phishing emails to be sent directly to your mail server bypassing your mail filtering service.
This article takes you through how to bypass any Mail Filtering Service:
How to find your Microsoft MX Record
Go to your Microsoft 365 admin center https://admin.microsoft.com/
or
Direct Link (skip to step 3) https://admin.microsoft.com/Adminportal/Home#/DomainsUnder Settings located within left-hand menu pane click Domains.
Select your domain.

Take note of the domain and Click on the DNS records tab. Locate the MX Record under Type > Points to Address or Value.
Important
You need Global Administrator to access your MX record.
Take note of this value to provide to Phriendly Phishing Support team to do a config change.
How to set-up a Connector

Access your Exchange admin center- https://admin.exchange.microsoft.com/
or
Click direct link (skip to step 4) - https://admin.exchange.microsoft.com/#/connectors
On the left-hand menu pane, select Mail flow > Connectors > Add a Connector

Select below options and Next
- Connection From : Partner Organization
- Connection to : Office 365
- Enter a Name for your connector > Next.

Under Authenticating sent email, choose the radio button "By verifying that the IP Address.." Enter below IP Address and click Next.

Under Security Restrictions ensure to select Reject email messages if they aren't sent over TLS is ticked.
- Review Connector details and click Create Connector.
