The Admin (Company Administrator) is responsible for managing the Phriendly Phishing platform. The Phriendly Phishing dashboard allows you to add as many Admins as required.
There are 2 ways an Admin can be added to Phriendly Phishing platform:
Manually add an Admin in the platform
Requirement
Email Address should be unique. Otherwise you will encounter below error message.
- Go to the Admins and Roles > Admins tab on the left-hand panel of your dashboard.
- Select
on the top right-hand side of the portal. If the button is not visible, you are synching Admins straight from your Active Directory.
- Complete the General Information and Assign the admin to the zone. Feel free to uncheck Receive Update if preferred. For the field Role, by default this is Organisation Administrator unless changed by any Company Admins. To know more, refer to Role Based Access Control.
- Select Create Company Admin.
- The Admin added is now be listed on the Admins page. An Account Activation Email below is sent to the newly added Admin:
