You can access important account information in the licenses tab.
To find more information on your Phriendly Phishing subscription
Log into the Phriendly Phishing portal and select the Licenses tab on the right side of your dashboard.
Here you will find information on your account
Invoice date: The date of your first invoice
Start date: Your original start date
Expiry date: The date your subscription expires and your account will deactivate.
If your account is expiring soon, then a pink notification bar will appear at the top. Contact your Customer Success Manager through Phriendly Phishing support to renew your license.
Total: Number of Licenses allocated to your account subscription
Used: Number of Licenses taken up in a current baseline, training module or monthly campaign seat.
*If you have a negative number of seats then you need to upgrade your account. Contact your Customer Success Manager through Phriendly Phishing support to increase the allocated seats in your license.
Available: Number of Licenses available under your subscription term
