To find more information on your Phriendly Phishing subscription.
- Select the Licenses tab on the right side of your dashboard.
- Here you will find information on your account
Invoice date: The date of your first invoice
Start date: Your original start date
Expiry date: The date your subscription expires and your account will deactivate.
If your account is expiring soon, then a pink notification bar will appear at the top. Contact your Customer Success Manager through Phriendly Phishing support to renew your license.Total: Number of Licenses allocated to your account subscription
Used: Number of Licenses taken up in a current baseline, training module or monthly campaign seat.
Note: If you have a negative number of seats then you need to upgrade your account. Contact your Customer Success Manager through Phriendly Phishing support to increase the allocated seats in your license.
Available: Number of Licenses available under your subscription term.
