Auto Increase sophistication will automatically increase the sophistication level of phishing emails sent to learners in the Phriendly Phishing account based on the criteria you set. This allows you to continually challenge your staff on an ongoing basis.
How to enable Auto Increase Sophistication
- Select the setting cog located at the top right corner of your dashboard.
- Select Auto Increase sophistication
- You can then select one or more options below to increase the campaign sophistication level. The learner will automatically be increased if they meet all selected criteria.
Note: You cannot select less than 6 months in the criteria, this is to guarantee enough quantitative data before a user is increased.
- Once you have set your required criteria, please select Update. Learners will now be increased in sophistication if they met your selected criteria.
