You have the ability to Edit, Pause, and Delete a training block once it has been scheduled.
How to Edit a Scheduled Training Course
Navigate to the Learning Paths tab and select the training block you would like to modify (a details page will open under the timeline) and select the action you would like to take.
The Pause button allows you to temporarily pause the training block. No training emails from this block will be sent while it is paused. You will have the option to resume the block at any time.
The Edit button allows you to change the Training Name, Schedule and Duration, Reminder Dates, as well as Manage Students by adding or removing students from the Scheduled Training.
To add a student to the training block, select the email address of the student.
To remove a student from the training block, deselect the email address of the student.
Select Preview the view the new edits, or select Update Training to save the changes.
The Remove button allows you to permanently delete the training block.
