Training > Edit a Scheduled Individual Training or Course

You have the ability to Edit, Pause, and Delete a training block once it has been scheduled.

  This article explains how to edit scheduled training via Individual course only. If the course is scheduled as part of a Learning Journey, the steps outlined here will not apply.

How to Edit a Scheduled Training Course 

  1. Navigate to the Learning Paths tab and select the training block you would like to modify (a details page will open under the timeline) and select the action you would like to take. Indi7.png
  2. mceclip1.pngThe Pause button allows you to temporarily pause the training block. No training emails from this block will be sent while it is paused. You will have the option to resume the block at any time.
  3. mceclip2.png The Edit button allows you to change the Training Name, Schedule and Duration, Reminder Dates, as well as Manage Learner by adding or removing learners from the Scheduled Training.

    1. To add a learner to the training block, select the email address of the student.
    2. To remove a learner  the detaifrom the training block, deselect the email address of the student.
    3. Select Preview the view the new edits, or select Update Training to save the changes. mceclip3.png
  4. mceclip3.pngThe Remove button allows you to permanently delete the training block.
