Enhancements :
- We have further reduced the amount of data needed before the process of downloading the Campaign Report is done in the background. This prevents needing to wait on the page for large amounts of data.
- Zone names will now preserve capitalisation as entered instead of just the first letter of each word.
- The Segment field when Entering a Company list will no longer be case sensitive.
Resolved Issues :
- Specific links from Spear Phishing blocks weren't working when the Phriendly Phishing license expired and then was renewed. These links will now remain active when the license is renewed.
- Viewing draft Email templates did not load correctly in the Edge browser. This issue has been resolved, and draft templates will now display correctly.
- Selecting 'High Risk Report Settings' when creating smart groups will now correctly take you to settings.
- Selecting a zone could not load the Role page. All zones can now load the role page correctly.

Resolved Issues :
- Learners whose levels were decreased still received emails at a higher sophistication level if those emails had already been scheduled. Emails that were scheduled but not yet sent will now be reassigned to reflect the updated sophistication level.

- We have launched our latest feature, Security Pulse. Security Pulse is a powerful security telemetry and behavioural analytics feature within the Phriendly Phishing platform. It enables your organisation to ingest real-time events and telemetry data from your existing security vendors such as Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Defender directly into the Phriendly Phishing platform.
- Security Pulse analyses this data to map and score your users' real-world security behaviours, giving you a clear picture of how your people interact with threats in their day-to-day work.

Enhancements :
- We have improved the process for download Campaign Report for large amounts of data to download in the background. This prevents needing to wait on the page while it downloads.
- We have improved the performance of the Comparison Report to be more efficient when filtering on tenure.
- We added additional checks and sanitisation to creating simulated phishing links with tokens to ensure all links work correctly in all accounts.
- We have added minor improvements to Deckhand and how it responds to certain questions.
Resolved Issues :
- Specific learners containing '&' characters in their names could not load the SCAM adaptive course. The course will now load correctly for all learners.
- Editing running campaign blocks results in unlinking them from the smart group. Editing a campaign block will continue to use the assigned smart group.
- Specific learners containing special characters in their name did not display correctly on Certificates. Certificates will now display learners' name that contain special characters correctly.

Resolved Issues :
- Open Emails tile on the Dashboard only showed a maximum of 1000 results. It will now correctly show the Open email value beyond 1000.
- When certain columns were selected it would prevent the Training Results page to load. You can now filter on any combination of columns.

Enhancements:
- For large Historical Training Reports, downloads will now run in the background and provide a link when complete. This eliminates the need for you to wait for it to download.
- Now when Learning Journeys are stopped, it will stop all reminders from being sent for running blocks.
Resolved Issues :
- Smart group conditions that included multiple courses in the completion criteria caused learners to be evaluated incorrectly. Learners will now be evaluated correctly.
- Resolved a visual issue where Learning Journeys were not displayed correctly in the timeline, causing courses to overlap on the same line. Courses will now display correctly on the timeline.
- Editing a spear phishing block resulted in not being able to see time zone. You can now view all UI elements correctly.
- Learner Hub Templates will now correctly include your account's time zone. Templates will now show dates that align to learners' expectations.

New Features :
- The minimum interval was not being correctly applied to learners that completed a course in-between blocks. We have now updated the logic to account for when learners finish a course past the block date, the minimum interval will correctly be applied before being assigned the next course in the Learning Journey.
- The CTR% displayed on the timeline blocks did not include all click types. We have now updated it to accurately include all types.
- Specific cases resulted in the reminder dates showing as '-1 days before course ends' when configuring Learning Journeys course reminders to be '0 days'. This value will now correctly show as '0 days'

- We have released our Course Policy feature. This gives you the ability to attach a course policy(PDF) to the end of a course. Once a learner completes their course they must accept the policy to be marked as complete for that course.

Enhancements :
- We have improved the performance for loading the Industry Comparison Report as it was taking substantial time for accounts with large learner numbers.
Resolved Issues :
- There were some rare cases where certain click actions weren't excluded in the newer Dashboards impacting CTR%. The reports now ensure all results will be excluded correctly.
- Certain combinations of filters were preventing the Industry Comparison Report from loading. Now any filter combination will load the report correctly.
- There were some cases in email templates that used liquid code populated with values.
- When downloading the Click Report the subzone data was not included even though the filter was selected. If you selected this filter it will include the data correctly.
- There were cases where, after applying filters on the Impact Report and navigating to another page, returning to the report displayed incorrect default data.

Enhancements :
- We have updated the criteria conditions for the High Risk Report based on feedback we have received. Learners will now need to receive the amount of emails configured in the criteria before being evaluated as high risk. This prevents new learners clicking 1 email and then being immediately marked as high risk with a 100% CTR.
- We have also made a slight change to the insights on the Weekly Performance Summary. Previously the email summary provided a CTR% of all emails sent which included training emails. We have now split up the data to include 'training emails sent', 'Phishing emails sent', 'Phishing CTR%', and 'Reported emails'. This should provide clarity on what the CTR% is for simulated phishing emails.

Enhancements :
- We’ve released an important update to Credential Capture landing pages. You can now easily configure credential capture templates by selecting from a list of existing landing pages. In addition, we've made key architectural improvements to better align with current browser standards.
Resolved Issues :
- Showing certain synchronised attributes in Click Report was causing the results to not load. We have resolved the issue so that it now loads correctly

Enhancements :
- The default date range for All Reports now displays data from the past month. Additionally, the maximum selectable range is limited to either 12 or 24 months, depending on the specific report. These changes are designed to improve report page loading times.
- The ability to assign a Reply To email address has been added to all Learner Hub email templates.
Resolved Issues :
- In some cases there was an issue that resulted in an error when trying to download the Historical Training Results report. This has been resolved to prevent this occurring again.

Enhancements :
- The Executive, Training and Phishing Dashboards will now update their data at 12:00 PM AEST every day.
Resolved Issues :
- The '&' character was not displaying correctly in the segment field. It will now show correctly.
- In some cases a certain % would result in the Click Through Rate Trend chart in the dashboards showing N/A. This has been resolved so that it now shows the chart and its data correctly.
- The Learners Report download was including data from all block types. It will now only include data from the tab you have selected.
- In some cases with expired links using the newer domains, users were getting the incorrect landing page. Accessing these links will now result in the correct default landing page for expired links.
- When previewing and testing emails, it will now apply the same process for removing whitespace within links to ensure consistency with what learners would receive in simulated phishing emails.

Enhancements :
- Viewing course in the Course Catalogue page can now be opened with CTRL + Click. This will make reviewing courses to assign to your learners much easier.
- We have enhanced the SCIM Sync processing to make it more efficient. This results in seeing data in the platform more quickly after triggering the sync.
- We have improved the performance of loading the Learning Path Timeline.
Resolved Issues :
- Emails sent from Learner Hub weren't being correctly identified as Phriendly Phishing Training emails. All Learner hub training emails will now be correctly identified to provide your learners with correct immediate feedback.
- In some cases when using both Admin and User Azure API sync the authentication token would expire unexpectedly resulting in the sync process being stopped. We have resolved the issue to prevent this case from happening again.
- The High Risk Report and Comparison Report were including some results that were in the exclusion list. This has been resolved so data shown in their reports won't include any results from the exclusion list.

- Admins can now access the Email Schedule Report via an API. This is the third report we have made available via API and will reduce the manual effort required to download the report from our platform.

Enhancements :
- Following last week’s release of the Ribbon version of the Phish reporter, we’ve now enabled the option to download this version of the manifest file in the Phish Reporter Settings.
Resolved Issues :
- There were some cases where Learning Journeys did not automatically reschedule some blocks. We’ve made some changes to prevent this issue occurring again, as well as implementing redundancy to mitigate future occurrences.
- When Downloading Processed Data not all fields in the file were being populated correctly. Now all fields populate correctly.
- There were some case where tokens used in phishing emails were not being populated correctly due to the value it was referencing not being valid. We have updated our processes to ensure all values are valid.

Enhancements :
- We have added a 'Training Block Status' column in the Training Results report. This gives you the ability to easily filter between learners at different stages of completion. Users can filter learners that have been assigned the course in the future as well as see how long a course is overdue for each individual learner.
- We have added an 'Assigned' column in the Training Results report. Following the introduction of the Learning Journey feature we received feedback to see how many times a selected course has been assigned to a learner. With this additional column you can now easily view how many times a learner has been assigned a selected course.

Enhancements :
We received feedback on some of our newer dashboards and reports so we have made the following changes.
- Selectable Date Ranges instead of months only.
- Updated the default values for preset range selectors to align them better to your reporting cadences.
- Applied Segment and Sync variable filtering.
- Updated Date Completed Training Trend to be number of completed training instead of a percentage for more clarity on the data.
- CTR% now shows up to 2 decimal places.
