Learner Experience : Course Policy

This article takes you through the Learner or User experience in Learner Hub, when a Course Policy is activated. 

Course Policy is created before the Training block has started

1. In Learner Hub under Assigned Learning tab, click per below boxed in red to view course details.
2. Learners will see Policy Status Not Accepted if it hasn't been accepted yet.  

3. Post course completion, Learners are directed to below screens. 

    Information 
   Certificates button stays greyed out unless Course Policy is accepted.

    

    

    

   

    

4. Navigating back to Learner Hub, course detail is now changed to Policy Status Accepted.

Course Policy is created after the Training block has started

1. If the course has already been Completed and Passed, when learner logs back in to Leaner Hub, it will only show Course Status = Passed. 
   

Course Policy is not accepted after course is passed
