Edit a Scheduled Spear Phishing

Phriendly Phishing Administrators has the ability to Edit, Pause, and Delete a spear phishing block once it has been scheduled.

How to Edit a Scheduled Spear Phishing Course 

• Navigate to the Learning Paths tab and select the spear phishing block you would like to modify (a details page will open under the timeline) and select the action you would like to take.
• The Pause button allows you to temporarily pause the spear phishing block. No spear phishing emails from this block will be sent while it is paused. You will have the option to resume the block at any time.
  
   Note: You can check the box to apply the changes to all the subsequent spear phishing campaigns. 
• The Edit button allows you to change the Start Date and End Date, Time and Timezone.
  
  Select Preview the view the new edits, or select Save to save the changes.
• The Remove button allows you to permanently delete the training block.
   Note: You can check the box to apply the changes to all the subsequent spear phishing campaigns.
