As a Phriendly Phishing Platform Admin, you can schedule Resilience Questionnaire blocks via Learning Path or via Training > Course Catalogue sections in the platform.
There are 3 types of Questionnaires:

|
| Phishing Only | 8 questions for Phishing Identification only. | Newly synched learners with NO Historical phishing or training data but don’t want to schedule the full Cyber Resilience Questionnaire. |

Schedule via Learning Path
- Log in to your Phriendly Phishing Admin account.
- Go to Learning Path > Timeline and follow through per screenshot below.
- Select the desired Resilience Questionnaire from the Course Catalogue. Details of all 3 courses, refer to PhishFit > Questionnaire Data.
- Choose if you are targeting learners individually or using a saved Smart Group.
- Enter the desired Start and End Date + Reminder Dates.
- Click
to proceed.
- If happy with the training details, click
.
- Once scheduled, it then appears in Learning Path.
Schedule via Training > Course Catalogue
- Log in to your Phriendly Phishing Admin account.
- Go to Training > Course Catalogue.
- Select the preferred Cyber Resilience Questionnaire to schedule.
Congratulations! You have successfully scheduled your Cyber Resilience Questionnaire training.
