This feature allows Platform Admins to automatically enroll or re-enroll learners into an Annual Training dependent on your Organisation's requirements and / or preference. This feature's training parameters leverage the Smart Groups capability which Admins can define.
Requirement : Applicable Smart Group needs to be created prior to using the Annualised Training feature.
1. Create Annualised Training Smart Group
- Log into to the Platform, click Smart Groups > New Smart Group.
- Add the Smart Group Name as preferred. Click Add Inclusion Condition > Training Completion.
- Tick the Course Name and enter the Number of Months.
- Add any other desired Inclusion Condition as preferred (optional).

2. Schedule Annualised Training in Learning Path
- Schedule the course per normal either via Individual Course or Learning Journey.
- Ensure that for Learners to be Enrolled, the correct Smart Group is added.
Congratulations! You have now scheduled a Quarterly or Annual Training for your Learners as required by your Organisation.
