Training : Annualised Training

This feature allows Platform Admins to automatically enroll or re-enroll learners into an Annual Training dependent on your Organisation's requirements and / or preference. This feature's training parameters leverage the Smart Groups capability which Admins can define. 

 Requirement : Applicable Smart Group needs to be created prior to using the Annualised Training feature.

1. Create Annualised Training Smart Group

  1. Log into to the Platform, click Smart Groups > New Smart Group. Annual1.png
  2. Add the Smart Group Name as preferred. Click Add Inclusion Condition > Training Completion. Annual2.png
  3. Tick the Course Name and enter the Number of Months. annual3.png
  4. Add any other desired Inclusion Condition as preferred (optional). 
  5. Hit Annual4.png

2. Schedule Annualised Training in Learning Path

  1. Schedule the course per normal either via Individual Course or Learning Journey.
  2. Ensure that for Learners to be Enrolled, the correct Smart Group is added. Annual5.png

 

Congratulations! You have now scheduled a Quarterly or Annual Training for your Learners as required by your Organisation.
