New Feature:

  • We've now released our new Exception list. This allows you to define custom rules that override scan results for specific attributes found in reported emails. This can be useful for reducing false positives or negatives and for fine-tuning how your organisation classifies threats.

Enhancements:

  • We have introduced a confirmation prompt when clicking links in Phishfocus to enhance security and help prevent accidentally opening malicious links during email reviews.

New Feature:

  • We've now added the ability to incorporate Phish Clear and Block list actions into your automation rules. By combining these capabilities in your automation rules, Phish Focus enables faster and more effective responses to active phishing threats, reducing risk and limiting exposure.

    1. Blocklist : When a reported email is identified as a threat, rules can automatically add the sender, URL, or file hash to your blocklist. This helps prevent future malicious emails from being delivered to your learners.
    2. Phish Clear : Rules can now remove a reported email from all users’ inboxes and not just from the original reporter. This ensures the threat is fully eliminated across your organisation.
