Passwordless Sign-In (Microsoft Entra ID SSO)

Passwordless Sign-In reduces the risk of phishing and password attacks. Phriendly Phishing Admins using Microsoft Entra ID Single Sign On (SSO) now has the capability to use the Passwordless Sign-in option with Phriendly Phishing platform. 

Setting up Passwordless Sign-In (Admin Synchronisation is Enabled)

1. Click Settings 
2. Click User Synchronisation > Admin SSO Set Up > SSO Settings = Enabled
3. Scroll down to Azure SSO Passwordless and click Go To Admins Page button
4. Clicking above button takes you to the Admins Page. 
5. Click on an Admin, tick Enabled Passwordless Sign-In and click Update Company Admin

Setting up Passwordless Sign-In (Manually Adding Admins)

1. Click Settings 
2. Click User Synchronisation > Admin SSO Set Up > SSO Settings = Enabled
3. Scroll down to Azure SSO Passwordless and click Go To Admins Page button
4. Clicking above button takes you to the Admins Page. 
5. For new Admins,

a. click button

b. Check Enabled Passwordless Sign-In and click Create Company Admin

For existing Admins,

a. click pencil icon of the Admin

b. Check Enabled Passwordless Sign-In and click Update Company Admin

Once this has been completed, you will be able to sign into the Phriendly Phishing platform using the Password-less Sign-In method.
