Passwordless Sign-In (Microsoft Entra ID SSO)

Passwordless Sign-In reduces the risk of phishing and password attacks. Phriendly Phishing Admins using Microsoft Entra ID Single Sign On (SSO) now has the capability to use the Passwordless Sign-in option with Phriendly Phishing platform. 

Requirements:

• Azure Single Sign-On (SSO) has to be configured.
• Your AD Passwordless has to be set-up 

This article takes you through,

• Setting up Passwordless Sign-In (Admin Synchronisation is Enabled)
• Setting up Passwordless Sign-In (Manually Adding Admins)

Setting up Passwordless Sign-In (Admin Synchronisation is Enabled)

• Click Settings 
• Click User Synchronisation > Admin SSO Set Up > SSO Settings = Enabled
• Scroll down to Azure SSO Passwordless and click Go To Admins Page button
• Clicking above button takes you to the Admins Page. 
• Check Enabled Passwordless Sign-In and click Update Company Admin

Setting up Passwordless Sign-In (Manually Adding Admins)

• Click Settings 
• Click User Synchronisation > Admin SSO Set Up > SSO Settings = Enabled
• Scroll down to Azure SSO Passwordless and click Go To Admins Page button
• Clicking above button takes you to the Admins Page. 
• For new Admins,
  • • • click button
      • Check Enabled Passwordless Sign-In and click Company Company Admin 
• For existing Admins,
  • • click pencil icon of the Admin
    • Check Enabled Passwordless Sign-In and click Update Company Admin 
    • 

Once this has been completed, you will be able to sign into the Phriendly Phishing platform using the Password-less Sign-In method.
