Phish Focus : Search and filter emails

This article will show you how to search and filter emails in Phish Focus inbox. 

Search email from within Phish Focus

Chose from one of the 3 tabs - Received, In Review and Resolved. Select one tab and use the search bar with keywords or filter out by priority, category and scan results.

Filter by Priority

The Priority multi-select dropdown list has 3 options: High, Medium and Low.

Filter by Category

The Category multi-select dropdown list has 4 options: Threat, Clean and Unknown.  Select one or multiple criteria to filter. 

Filter by Threat Analysis

The scan results in the dropdown list also has 4 options: Threat detected, Undetermined, No threat and Analysing. Select one or multiple criteria to filter.

Reset

Use the Reset button to clear any search keywords and filters. This will reset all filters to the default values.
