Baseline : Schedule a Baseline

The Baseline is a simulated phishing campaign used to determine your organisations' overall phishing risk and establish a baseline for future measurement.

The Baseline randomly assigns each learner a phishing email from our pool of highly sophisticated emails. Learners then randomly receive these email during the duration of the test. This test also utilises employee anonymisation to ensure a respectful first experience for your employees.

 Important Reminders

  1. Any customised or new Email Templates added after the schedule is set, which happens 7 days before the start of the training block or course, will not be added to the schedule.
  2. Email Templates removed after the schedule is set, are removed and a new email is added in its place.
  3. Baseline is anonymised by default, contact Support if you wish to unanonymised your Baseline results.
  4. The Learner experience for the baseline.

    2. Individual Target

       Information

      • If a learner has a red dot next to their name, they are already scheduled for a block (training or phishing) in the system and are already using a licence. Selecting them again will not use an additional licence.
      • Choose from the filter options as preferred if the plan is to roll Baseline to selected employees only.

We recommend running the baseline for 4 weeks. This ensures the delivery of simulations is evenly dispersed, allowing for a more accurate assessment.
