What happens when an individual clicks into a Campaign simulated phishing email?
If a Learner clicks on an attachment or link in a Phriendly Phishing simulated phishing email, they are then directed to a microlesson. Microlessons are quick reminders that identify what to look out for in a phishing email. We have over 20 different micro-lessons. For each email template, Learners will see between 4-7 micro lessons.

Learner deleted the training email by mistake, what can an admin do?
Sometimes, our Phriendly Phishing Training emails sent to your learners may be deleted. These emails are important because they include a unique activation link for us to track when your learners' complete their training courses. If the individual cannot recover the original training email, then they will need a new training email to be sent to complete the training.
There are 3 different options for resending their training email:
Option 1 - Resend the training email
Note: This is recommended if only a few learners need a new email with the unique link resent to them.
How to resend the training email
1. Go to the Learning Paths Tab.
2. Select the active training block in your timeline.
3. Search the learners that require the training link to be resent.
4. Click the drop-down on the right and select Resend Training link.
This will trigger the training email to be sent with the unique training link included.
Option 2 - Set up a reminder email
You can set a new reminder date and it will send an email to all learners that haven’t completed the training yet.
Note: The earliest you can send this is the day after you modify the active training block. This is recommended for many learners that haven't completed their training yet. This is only applicable for courses scheduled via Individual training.
How to set up a reminder email
1. Go to the Learning Paths Tab.
2. Select the active training block.
3. View training detail and select the pencil to edit.
4. Set a reminder date by selecting it on the calendar.
5. Select Save.
Option 3 - Reschedule training
Use this option if the training block has expired and is no longer active for learners to complete. We also recommend this option if you have more than 10 learners that haven't completed or failed their training.
To view if the training has expired and you do not have an active campaign in your timeline
1. Go to the Learning Paths Tab.
2. Select Timeline Overview.
3. Visit our Reschedule Training article to learn how to reschedule the learning block.
Learning Journey has been deactivated, but why are learners still getting emails?
When a Learning Journey (LJ) is deactivated with a running course, it leaves the running blocks unaffected. It will remove all Pending training blocks, however if there is any block running it stays unaffected.
Prior to clicking save when trying to deactivate LJ, below popup messages appears.
This is the same behavior if you want to stop an individual course or the Learning Journey.
