Phishing Dashboard

The Phishing Dashboard provides a summary of key performance indicators across your security awareness training program. The report highlights primary metrics from Phishing Simulation blocks (Baseline, Campaign, Spear Phishing). 

 Important

  1. This report shows activities that are sent by Phriendly Phishing. It does not include self-hosted training content results or other phish reporter methods.
  2. Data is calculated based on the number of Unique Clicks on delivered emails for the filtered date range and is updated nightly. 
  3. Data does not include removed Learners.
  4. CTR % shows up to 2 decimal places
  5. Charts like Click Through Rate Trend, CTR Versus Industry Trend, Phishing Action Behaviour Trend doesn't depend on the filtered date. Instead, it automatically shows the monthly trend, 12 months back from last date selected in Date Range.

Access the Phishing Dashboard

Log into to your Phriendly Phishing account > Expand Dashboard > Phishing Dashboard.

Download the report as PDF

  1. Go to Dashboard > Phishing Dashboard > Click on the "Download as PDF" button.

  2. Once download has been requested, a pop-up notification appears at the bottom right of the screen.

  3. The platform will auto-generate the report and will notify via account notification, once the report is ready for download. You can click on the bell icon to check and download the report as PDF.

Available Metrics in Phishing Dashboard

Click Through Rate and Click Through Rate TrendClick Through Rate is the CTR % based on your date range and other filtered details applied. Click Through Rate Trend, is the CTR for the filtered date range in a 12-month trend. 

Percentage = Unique Clicks / Delivered Emails * 100

Learners Sophistication Level : This is an on-going data which shows the percentage of each Learner's Sophistication level regardless of the filtered date range.

Clicked By Device : This chart shows the Click Through Rate on each device type. Percentage of each Device Type = Unique Clicks / Delivered Emails *100.

  • Unique Clicks = total unique clicks on a device type based on filtered date range
  • Delivered Emails = total delivered emails based on filtered date range

Clicked By Browser : This chart shows the Click Through Rate on each browser type. Percentage of each Browser = Unique Clicks / Delivered Emails *100.

  • Unique Clicks = total unique clicks on a device type based on filtered month
  • Delivered Emails: total delivered emails based on filtered month

CTR Versus Industry Trend : This chart shows the same Click Through Rate as that in Click Through Rate graph. The Industry Trend is the Click Through Rate of all zones under the same Industry. 

 Note: Industry Benchmark only covers Phriendly Phishing customers under the same Industry.

Simulated Phishing Click Behavior : This chart shows the number of unique actions (Clicked, Open Attachment, Credential Capture and QR clicks) based on filtered date range. 

Data can be validated in Click Report (filter by date range, Included IPs and Clicked, Opened Attachment and Credential Capture, QR Clicked).

Phishing Action Behaviour Trend : This chart is the same logic as Simulated Phishing Click Behaviour, on a 12 month trend.

Top 10 Clicked Email Templates : This chart is the same logic in Executive Report - Top 10 Clicked Email Templates which shows the clicked emails based on the filtered month. This is computed based on the number of clicks over the number of times it was sent based on the filtered date range. 

Clicking on any of the available templates on the Top 10 chart allows you to view the content or the template. It also shows the tags / themes associated with the Email Template.
