Learner Hub : Learner Experience

This article covers the learner experience of accessing Learner Hub. 

Accessing Learner Hub

1. A Welcome Email is sent to the learner when they are next enrolled to a training block. Only one welcome email is sent to a learner. You can also click here to access Learner Hub. 
   
    

2. Welcome email contains the link which directs learners to Learner Hub.

   It is recommended that learners bookmark this page.

    

   
    

3. The learner then enters their email address to Learner Hub and clicks "Next".

   The email address required on this page has to be the same email where the welcome email was sent to.

4. Dependent on the Learner Hub set-up, learners are taken to:

   1. If Learner Hub SSO is NOT enabled:
      A verification code email is sent to the learner's email address from "report@learnerhub.phriendlyphishing.com". It should take about 1 minute to appear in the learners' inbox. The learner needs to copy and paste the verification code into the Learner Hub page and click "Verify".
       
       

   2. If Learner Hub SSO is enabled.
      Learners are directed to company SSO portal and sign in using company log-in credentials.
      
       
5. The Learner is then redirected to Learner Hub.
   1. The first page the learner sees is the Phriendly Phishing Policy. This policy must be accepted by the learner to proceed to accessing Learning Hub. 
      
   2. Once the policy has been accepted, the Learning tab becomes accessible.

Four (4) Main tabs in Learner Hub

Learner Hub has 4 main tabs found at the topmost of the screen when logged in.

Hub Learning Profile Team

 

houses the Phriendly Phishing | Training Disclosure Notification. When logging in for the first time, learners are directly taken to this page to click Accept. Once Accepted, the rest of the tabs is then automatically visible for the learner. 

 

 

 

contains Assigned Learning, Course Catalogue and Results. This tab shows all the Training activities and enrolled courses a learner has completed or yet to complete.

houses learner's Achievements and Training and Phishing Activities. Profile has 5 Widgets detailing learner's performance and activities which are My Profile, Achievements, Email Content Biases, Activity Timeline and Content History.

 tab provides visibility to their team's training performance and status. 

Important Notes

• Manager attribute has to be synched to Phriendly Phishing. 
• This tab is visible to learners with direct reports, read through this guide for details - Learner Hub: Team Leader Experience

 

This tab gives learners with direct reports to have visibility on their team members Course Results and Course Policy Acceptance.

Logging out from Learner Hub

Learners can log out of Learner Hub by clicking icon at the upper right side of the screen. Session expires after 60 min of inactivity and can be re-enabled by logging back in.
