This article covers the learner experience of accessing Learner Hub.
Note: As an admin, if you would like to test this experience yourself, schedule yourself a training course. You can then follow the learner experience.
- A Welcome Email is sent to the learner when they are next enrolled to a training block. Only one welcome email is sent to a learner. You can also click here to access Learner Hub.
- Welcome email contains the link which directs learners to Learner Hub. Note: It is recommended that learners bookmark this page.
- The learner then enters their email address to the Learning Hub portal and clicks "Next" to generate their unique verification code. Note: The email address required on this page is the same as the address the welcome email was sent to.
- A verification code email is sent to the learner's email address from "report@learnerhub.phriendlyphishing.com". It should take about 1 minute to appear in the learners' inbox.
- The learner needs to copy and paste the verification code into the Learner Hub page and click "Verify".
- The Learner is then redirected to Learner Hub.
6.1 The first page the learner sees is the Phriendly Phishing Policy. This policy must be accepted by the learner for them to proceed to accessing their training.
6.2 Once the policy has been accepted, the Courses tab will become accessible, and Learners are automatically directed to Courses tab. Under Courses there are 3 tabs (learners with direct reports, refer to Learner Hub: Team Leader Experience).
This tab shows all courses that needs to be completed and the last date it can be completed.
This tab shows all the courses assigned to the learner.
Under results, learners can do below:

- View assigned trainings
- Check grade and status
- Download certificates
- Learners can revisit the course by clicking on "Overview".

7. Learners can log out of Learner Hub by clicking icon at the upper right side of the screen..
Session expires after 60 min of inactivity and can be re-enabled by logging back in.
