Campaigns : Schedule Monthly Phishing Campaigns

The Monthly Phishing Campaign is a continuous chain of monthly phishing emails designed to progressively improve the detection and reporting capabilities of your staff for real-life instances of phishing emails.

These emails are designed to start easy and get progressively harder as staff become more skilled and more confident.

Important Notes

Any customized or new Email Templates added after the schedule is set, which happens 7 days before the start of the training block or course, will not be added to the schedule.
Email Templates you do not want sent nor used for the Campaign, needs to be disabled before the block is created.
It is recommended to use the default Smart Group to ensure an updated learners list for your Monthly Campaigns.
To run the Campaigns indefinitely, leave the End Date field blank, .

Schedule the Monthly Phishing Campaigns

Log into your dashboard and go to the Learning Paths tab. Select New > Campaign (a Campaign creation page will open under the timeline)
Provide a Name for the Campaign
Select the learners you would like to include in the Campaign.
You can either select learners:
1. Individually using the filters and search function and select the learners you would like to be a part of the Campaign.
2. Use Smart Group to select the learners. To enroll all current and future learners, select the
Once learners are selected click Schedule to advance to the next page.

If a learner has a red dot next to their name, they are already scheduled to a block (phishing or training) and are already using a licence. Selecting them again will not use an additional licence.
Select the Campaign duration. Optionally, you can click the preview button to see how it fits in with your existing scheduled learning paths. Click Summary to advance to the next page.

The minimum amount of time a monthly Campaign can be scheduled for is 14 days.
Check the details on the summary page. If everything looks okay, click Finish to schedule the new Campaign.

Edit the Monthly Phishing Campaigns

Navigate to the Learning Paths tab and select the campaign block you would like to modify.
A details page will open under the timeline for you to select the action you would like to take.
1. Pause button temporarily pauses the campaign block. You have the option to apply this to a singular campaign block or all subsequent campaign blocks in that group.

  - No emails scheduled from a campaign block will be sent while it is paused.
  - You will have the option to resume the block or subsequent blocks at any time.
2. Remove button permanently deletes the campaign block. You have the option to apply this to a singular campaign block or all subsequent campaign blocks in that group.
3. Edit button allows you to change the Campaign Group Name, Schedule, and Manage Learners by adding or removing learners from the campaign.
  1. To add a learner select the email address of the learner.
  2. To remove a learner, deselect the email address of the learner.
  3. Select Preview the view the new edits, or select Update Campaign to save the changes.

Delete the Monthly Phishing Campaigns

Select the campaign block you're looking to modify and select the bin icon to update the details of the campaign.
Check the box if you want the changes to apply to succeeding blocks.

Download a CSV of the Monthly Campaign details

Select the Campaign you're looking to download and click button.
The downloaded file is the CSV version of the details of the Campaign block.
