Download Learners Training Certificates

When a learner completes a learning course they will receive a Training Certificate. Platform Admins can also download these certificates. 

How to Download Training Certificates

1. Go to the Training Results tab in the dashboard.
2. Search and filter by Passed training results and find the learner you're looking to download their certificate for.

3. Select the download icon to download a copy of their training certificate.

    

   Note : If a learner passed a course a download icon will appear on the right-hand side, which allows Admins to download the certificate.

    

How to Download multiple Training Certificates

If you are looking to download multiple (up to 10) certificates, select the learners using the box next to their email, and then under Choose Actions select Download a Bulk of Certificates.
