The Training Results documents employees' training results and status of the training blocks. You can find this report under Dashboard > Training Results
What Training details can Admins filter from this report?

Training Course - This lists all the courses that have been scheduled or are scheduled in your account.

Training Results - This is a user based result. This lists your Learner's training results for courses that have been assigned to them.

Training Status - This is a training block status. This is the status of the training that learners were / are enrolled in.
Information
Training Status Definition
- Complete - The training block or course Learner was enrolled in has completed or ended. It doesn't mean, learner passed the course.

Overdue - Learner didn't complete the training on time. If you drill into a specific learner under Training Status column, it shows the number of days this course is overdue. Example below, means the course is 18 days overdue since it was first assigned to the learner (based on the end date of the first block the learner was enrolled in). The column Assigned next to Training Status is the number of times the learner has been assigned to this course.
- In Progress - The block in Learning Path that learner is enrolled in is currently running.
- Scheduled - The block in Learning Path is scheduled or is due to start at a future date. This block appears as Pending in Learning Path.
What information can Admins download from this report?

Training Report as a CSV file : Platform Admins can download the report as a CSV file. In Dashboard > Training Results > Download CSV is at the upper right side of the screen

Historical Report A report that includes the results from learning paths a user has been a part of.
Master Report A complete report of the entire zones training results.
Filtered Report A report following the restrictions currently applied by the filter.

Training Certificate : Platform Admins can download a Learner's Certificate. Certificates are available if Training Status = Complete.

Course Policy Acceptance : Platform Admins can download the list of Learners who Accepted the Course Policy.
Can Admins set a schedule for this report to be sent?
Platform Admins can schedule for the Training Result to be sent at a preferred timing. Please refer to Scheduling of Reports.
