Course Policy is a feature that enables Phriendly Phishing platform Admins to create a Policy for courses assigned to users or learners.
Requirements
- This permission is added by default to any new Admins added into the platform
- If your have created or customised Platform Admin Roles, please ensure Zone Course Policy is checked via Role Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Refer to this guide, Learner Experience : Course Policy to view the Learner experience with Course Policy.
Create a New Course Policy
- Log in to your Phriendly Phishing Account.
- Navigate to Training > Customisations > Course Policy.
- Click
and fill out the required fields.
- Once Saved, you will see below view under Course Policy.
- Tick the box beside the newly saved Policy, expand Action > Activate.
Edit an existing Course Policy
- Navigate to Training > Customisations > Course Policy.

From there, Admins can modify as below:

You will see this imageif a policy has been activated.

Enable or Disable
- Check the box, right side of the Course Policy Name.
- Expand Actions and select either Active or Disabled as required.

Edit or Modify some details
- Click the
icon under Actions column, left side of your screen.

Delete
- Click the
icon under Actions column, left side of your screen.
- Below pop-up appears asking asking you to confirm.

Enable or Disable
Download CSV : Learners who accepted the Policy
- Navigate to Dashboard > Training Results
- Right side of the screen, under Columns make sure Policy Name and Acceptance Date are ticked.
