Enable or Create Course Policy

Course Policy is a feature that enables Phriendly Phishing platform Admins to create a Policy for courses assigned to users or learners. 

 Requirements

  1. This permission is added by default to any new Admins added into the platform
  2. If your have created or customised Platform Admin Roles, please ensure Zone Course Policy is checked via Role Based Access Control (RBAC).

Create a New Course Policy

  1. Log in to your Phriendly Phishing Account.
  2. Navigate to Training > Customisations > Course Policy. policy1.png
  3. Click policy2.png and fill out the required fields. policy3.png
  4. Once Saved, you will see below view under Course Policy. policy4.png
  5. Tick the box beside the newly saved Policy, expand Action > Activate.

Edit an existing Course Policy

  1. Navigate to Training > Customisations > Course Policy. policy1.png
  2. From there, Admins can modify as below:

     Information
     You will see this image policy10.png if a policy has been activated.  

    1. Enable or Disable
      1. Check the box, right side of the Course Policy Name.
      2. Expand Actions and select either Active or Disabled as required. policy5.png
    2. Edit or Modify some details
      1. Click the policy6.png icon under Actions column, left side of your screen.
      2. Edit and action as screenshot below.

    3. Delete
      1. Click the policy8.png icon under Actions column, left side of your screen.
      2. Below pop-up appears asking asking you to confirm. policy9.png

Download CSV : Learners who accepted the Policy

  1. Navigate to Dashboard > Training Results
  2. Right side of the screen, under Columns make sure Policy Name and Acceptance Date are ticked.
