The Impact Report allows Admins to assign a $$ value to an action to quickly determine the potential impact to your organisation. This can be used to show stakeholders the benefit and need for security awareness training, as well as displaying meaningful behavioural change.
How to Enable and Configure Impact Report
- Go to the
located at the top right-hand corner of your dashboard. Select the Impact Report tab.

Select the Unit type from the drop-down menu.
Note
The default measurement value will be set from your browser settings but can be changed by selecting a new unit of measurement -
Configure the report by setting the criteria (refer to table below) and select Update.
Note
The default values are recommended guidelines based on cyber industry research and the default currency will be pulled from your browser settings.Column Name Definition Enable - Toggle the button to turns on the Action that you want included in the report results.
Rename Action - Allows Admins to change the Action Name of preferred
Gain / Loss - Toggle the button to indicate if the Action is a Gain (+) or a Loss (-).
Unit Value - This is the numerical value assigned to the Action.
How to view the Impact Report
Once you have configured the Impact Report, you can view the results by clicking on Impact Report, located within the Dashboard drop-down menu.
Note
This report will only appear if you have enabled and configured the Impact Report in your account.
