Comparison Report

The Comparison Report provides you with a metric of how your click through rate percentage (CTR%) compares to other Organisations within your industry, country or region. 

Important

  1. You can create these reports based on your Orgnisation's Baseline, Campaign or Spear Phishing CTR%.
  2. Industry Benchmark or Comparison is based only on Phriendly Phishing customers marked with the same Industry. 
  3. Validate your Zone Info prior to running the report. 
  4. Tenure filter option is mandatory prior to running the report

Filters needed to run the report

Filter Name Definition
Azure Attributes
  • If you have Set-up User Synchronisation in your account, you can select from the available attributes to compare against the comparison data.
Tenure
  • How long your Organisation has been using Phriendly Phishing (this is mandatory to fill out, prior to clicking Run button). 
Type
  • The type of CTR you wish to compare (e.g. Baseline CTR, Campaign CTR or Spear Phishing CTR)
Region & Country
  • The Region and Country you want included in the report
Industry
  • The Industries you want included in the report

How to run a Comparison Report

  1. Log into your Phriendly Phishing Account, navigate to Dashboard > Comparison Report.

  2. Use the filters found in the action filter to adjust your comparison report then select Run to view the report. cr1.png

  3. You can adjust the report using the filters to display your data based on Chart Type and Time Unit, then select Apply Filter to view your chart.

     Information 
    Hover over an item in the legend to highlight the corresponding data in the chart.
