Phish Focus : Reports

Phish Focus - Reports provides Company Admins the data and specific details of reported phishing emails that came through. The Reports section located in Phish Focus dashboard are split into Attachment, Reported By, Sender, Domain and URL

  • Details in Phish Focus Reports are non Phriendly Phishing emails reported by learners via Phish Reporter.
  • Admins can filter this report per options below and the data shown is based on the filtered date range. PFreport.png

Attachment

This report provides a summary of the top 10 types of attachment in the email as reported by learners, sorted from largest to smallest. 

Information

  1. For Email Category,
    1. Clean = number of emails reported that contains this type of file attachment and are scanned as Clean
    2. Undetermined = number of emails reported that contains this type of file attachment are scanned as Undetermined
    3. Threat = number of emails reported that contains this type of file attachment and are scanned as Threat
  2. Email Count = number of emails reported. This could mean that an email could have 2 or more of the same file type attachment and the number > than Email Count. pfreport9.png

Reported By

This report provides a summary of the top 10 users or learners who have reported an email. It also provides a breakdown of the Email Category reported (e.g. Clean, Undetermined, Threat). 

Information

  1. For Email Category,
    1. Clean = number of emails reported by the learner and are scanned as Clean
    2. Undetermined = number of emails reported by the learner and are scanned as Undetermined
    3. Threat = number of emails reported by the learner and are scanned as Threat
  2. Reported Emails = number of emails reported by the learner or email address. For below screenshot, learner reported 7 emails and 4 came up clean (% computation :  4/7*100 = 57%).

Sender

This report provides a summary of the top 10 Sender Domains as reported by learners, sorted from largest to smallest. 

Information

  1. For Email Category,
    1. Clean = number of emails from the Sender Domain and are scanned as Clean
    2. Undetermined = number of emails from the Sender Domain and are scanned as Undetermined
    3. Threat = number of emails from the Sender Domain and are scanned as Threat
  2. Email Count = number of emails reported from the Sender Domain

Domain and URL

This report provides a summary of the top 10 Domains and URLs as reported by learners, sorted from largest to smallest. 

Information

  1. For Email Category,
    1. Clean = number of emails reported containing the URL Domain and are scanned as Clean
    2. Undetermined = number of emails reported containing the URL Domain and are scanned as Undetermined
    3. Threat = number of emails reported containing the URL Domain and are scanned as Threat
  2. Email Count = number of emails reported containing the URL Domain
