Overview
Leaderboards are the second pillar of our gamification strategy (after Achievements). They allow admins to enable up to three competitive boards that rank learners and/or groups based on learning activity. The goal is to increase engagement, provide recognition, and make progress visible in the Learner Hub.
Feature Benefits
- Drives healthy competition and recognition to boost engagement from learners
- Highlights role models (top performers) while keeping everyone informed of their own standing
- Flexible admin controls to align with organisational structures (teams, regions) and priorities
- Leaderboards surface relative standings over a selected time window and Achievements earned by a learners. Together, they balance personal accomplishment (Achievements) with social comparison and momentum (Leaderboards).
