This article covers the Learner Experience when accessing Learner Hub > Profile > Organisation Leaderboard is enabled.
Reminders
- Platform Admins : To test the Learner Hub user experience, you must be a learner in your account. You can then schedule a training course for yourself
- Learners or Users : Issues logging in to Learner Hub, especially with SSO contact your Service Desk. Configuration is required in your environment.
Accessing Learner Hub > Profile > Organisation Leaderboard
- Log in to Learner Hub with your credentials. Refer to this guide for more details on Accessing Learner Hub.
- Once logged in, you will see
tab at the top of your screen, click on it.
- Under Profile, you will then see Organisation Leaderboard tab.
Available Tabs in Learner Hub > Organisation Leaderboard
Organisation Leaderboard houses the 3 types of Leaderboards that your Platform Admins can enable.
- This measures a timely, valid reporting of phishing emails. The faster you report an email, the higher your score.
- If you ranked as one of the Top 3 users in your Org, or part of the Top 3 Groups (as defined by your Admins), it will it will show in Highlights.
- This measures the speed of course completion after it has been assigned. The sooner you complete the course, the higher the score.
- If you ranked as one of the Top 3 users in your Org, or part of the Top 3 Groups (as defined by your Admins), it will show in Highlights.
- This measures the Achievements earned.
- If you ranked as one of the Top 3 users in your Org, or part of the Top 3 Groups (as defined by your Admins), it will it will show in Highlights.
