Executive Report

The Executive Report provides a summary of key performance indicators across your security awareness training program. The report highlights primary metrics from Baseline, Campaigns and Spear Phishing simulations and reporting activities for your learners. The main benefit of this report is to understand your learner behaviour and insights that can help inform a tailored solution (training courses) based on the behaviours. 

 Important

  1. This report shows activities that are sent by Phriendly Phishing. It does not include self-hosted training content results or other phish reporter methods.
  2. Data is calculated based on the number of Unique Clicks on delivered emails for the filtered date range and is updated nightly. 
  3. Data does not include removed Learners.
  4. CTR % shows up to 2 decimal places
  5. Charts like Click Through Rate Trend, Reported Emails Trend, Training Completion Breakdown Trend doesn't depend on the filtered date. Instead, it automatically shows the monthly trend, 12 months back from last date selected in Date Range. 

Below are the metrics included in the Executive Dashboard:

Access the Executive Report button

Log into to your Phriendly Phishing account > Expand Dashboard > Executive Report.

Download the report as PDF

  1. Go to Dashboard > Executive Report > Click on the "Download as PDF" button.
  2. A pop-up notification will appear at the lower right side of the platform. exec2.png
  3. The platform will auto-generate the report and will notify via account notification, once the report is ready for download.

Export the report as PDF

  1. Go to Dashboard / Executive Report > Click on the "Export as PDF" button. exec4.png
  2. The file is then saved in your device's download folder.

Metrics that are shown in Executive Report

Click Through Rate & TrendClick Through Rate is the CTR % based on your date range and other filtered details applied. Click Through Rate Trend, is the CTR for the filtered date range in a 12-month trend. 

Percentage = Unique Clicks / Delivered Emails * 100

Delivered Emails : This chart shows the number of Phriendly Phishing emails delivered to your Learners for the specified date range. It also shows the % change in comparison to the previous month.

Not Reported Emails : This chart shows the number of Phriendly Phishing emails sent but were not reported by your learners using the Phish Reporter button. It also shows the % change compared to the previous month.

Reported Emails : This chart shows the number of Phriendly Phishing emails that were reported by your Learners via the Phish Reporter. This computes the Phriendly Phishing reported emails that were sent on the specified date range.

Clicked Emails : This chart shows the total amount of Unique Clicks based on the Delivered Emails. Refer to Click Report for more on the actions or engagement done by your Learner.

Reported Emails Trend : The expected behaviour of identifying and reporting suspicious emails using the Phish Reporter button. This chart shows the trend of emails reported 12-months back from the last date selected in Date Range. Emails have been classified into:

  1. Simulated: Phriendly Phishing email domains
  2. Non-Simulated: Other email domains
  3. Safe: Domains deemed as Safe. Note: Add a Safe Sender to keep updated

Learners Sophistication Level : This is an on-going data which shows the percentage of each Learner's Sophistication level regardless of the filtered date range.

Training Completion Breakdown Trend : The number of training course completion by your learners and the trend over a 12-month period. 

Emails have been classified into:

  1. Enrolled: Learners enrolled (excluding removed learners)
  2. Started: Learners who have started but have yet to complete/pass the course
  3. Passed: Learners who have completed or passed the course

Top 10 Clicked Email Templates : This chart show the top 10 clicked email templates by subject line for the filtered date range. Note: This includes the Active Templates with highest click for the month. This is computed based on the number of clicks over the number of times it was sent based on the filtered date range.

Top 10 Click-Through Rates : This chart shows the top 10 learners with their unique clicks for the filtered date range.
