Driving Cyber Awareness
Q: When you say quarterly training schedule, do you mean doing SCAM 101, 201, 301 courses quarterly or just different courses each quarter?
We recommend a SCAM course annually, and including 3 other cyber topics from our course catalogue here such as Smishing, Vishing, BEC and others. Set up an account review meeting with your CSM to advise on course recommendations for your organisation.
Q: How can we as an organisation influence users to go through Phriendly Phishing training?
There are a number of suggestions, including having good communication introducing Phriendly Phishing, editing the training email template with logos and wording, change the reply to address, and editing the from email (email Support for help with this). Reach out to your CSM for strategic recommendations on how you can influence your organisation.
Q: What is your recommendation on what should be given / shared to with the executive team?
We recommend sharing the Executive Report on a monthly cadance to your leadership team and also providing insight into what the data is saying and what were going to do about it. View the presentation deck for slide 13 on the Learnings and Action Plan.
Q: Is there an easy way to resend training links to learners that have not completed training but not span across multiple Training (AE) campaigns?
You update your auto enrolment settings to include more reminder emails and can edit the learning blocks to include more reminders. The new learning journey feature that is coming soon will allow this to be actioned easier and more seamlessly.
Account Settings
Q: How is the learner sophistication calculated?
This will show the percentage of each learner sophistication level in a zone at that current point in time, regardless of month.
The data is calculated: % of learners at each level / total learners in the zone *100.
This means, the number will change with the removed learners. And this data is ongoing.
Q: What is the industry benchmark? And how do we change the industry for the benchmark?
Your industry has been set based on your initial onboarding form. Customers can view and change the industry in their Zone Info to update their industry which will then update the data. View how to update your industry in your Zone Info tab
The data that is reflected within the industry is for Phriendly Phishing customers.
Q: If you run a monthly phishing campaign, can you change what email templates are used as these seem to be randomly chosen by the system?
Admins have the ability to Disable and Clone email templates in the library that will be removed or added from phishing campaigns. If you are looking to send specific email templates, we advise using the spear phishing learning path as you can select specific templates and schedule for regular cadence. Schedule Spear Phishing
Reporting Data
Q: What do you mean by Reported emails?
The Reported Emails data is for reporting activities using the Phriendly Phishing Phish Reporter. For customers using another reporting tool, data will not appear.
Q: If a learner clicks on an expired phishing link, will it count as a click?
No, it will not
Q: If a learner clicks on multiple actions within the email template, will it have multiple data points?
No, the reports are based on unique clicks which means it will be one data point.
Q: Will emails reported / clicked be reported against the month in which they were sent or the month in which they were reported / clicked?
Reported emails is the count of the emails that were reported by learners only for the Phriendly Phishing emails that were sent during that particular month's phishing simulation campaign. It will not include training emails reported or simulated phishing emails that were sent in the previous months and reported on next month.
Future State
Q: Can you automate these reports via. email to send at the end of each month?
These reports are currently available for download from the platform. Automatic scheduling of these reports is on our roadmap for later this year. Watch this space!
Q: Are the dashboards interactive? i.e. show users who click or can resend the training link etc.
Currently they are not interactive, but we aim to make them interactive and actionable in future developments.
Q: On the learning dashboard we can see the lowest completion of the courses, is there a plan to add the top learners so we can give them a shoutout internally?
Yes.
Q: Learner portal for "self service" should be on your dev list. Learners can then see what they have outstanding rather than waiting for reminders.
Yes, this is the upcoming new feature - Learner Hub, where learners can access training, courses and more information to offer a self service experience.
