Remedial Training

This feature allows admins to automatically re-enroll learners into training if they meet the organisation’s criteria for “High Risk Learners”. This feature's training parameters leverage the Smart Groups capability which Phriendly Phishing admins can define. 

 Requirement

For using the Remedial Training feature your Phriendly Phishing account has High Risk Learners enabled.

This article takes you through how to:

Create, Edit and Delete a High Risk Smart Group from Smart Groups List

  1. Go to Smart Groups > Click New Smart Group button

  2. Fill out the mandatory fields >Smart Group name> Add Inclusion Condition > High Risk Learners>Save.

  3. To edit, remove any Smart Group: Under Smart Groups page, click pencil icon to edit or bin icon to delete.   re4.png

Create, Edit and Delete a High Risk Smart Group from Learning Path

  1. Go to Learning Path > Timeline > New button. 
     Note: Same steps for creating Baseline, Campaign, Spear Phishing, Individual Course and Learning Journey.
    To create: Choose Smart Group > New Smart Group.

  2. Fill out the mandatory fields > Add Inclusion Condition > High Risk Learners and Save To Smart Group List.

  3. To edit/remove: Click on any Saved Smart Group.

     Click on pencil or bin icon. 
     Note: Removing Smart Group from Learning path does not mean Smart Group is removed from the Smart Group list. 

Create, Edit and Delete a High Risk Smart Group from Auto-Enrollment

  1. Go to Settings > User Synchronisation > Learner Synchronisation > Auto Enrollment > Click New Rule

  2. To Create: Click New Smart Group
  3. Fill out the mandatory fields > Add Inclusion Condition > High Risk Learners and Save to Smart Group List

  4. Set-up Auto Enrollment
  5. To edit: Under Auto-Enrollment page, click pencil icon to edit or bin icon to delete
    Note: Removing Smart Group from Auto enrollment does not mean Smart Group is removed from the Smart Group list.
