Can I modify the Phriendly Phishing Policy that learners need to accept in Learning Hub? |
No, at the moment we do not allow modifications to the Phriendly Phishing Policy. |
My learner did not receive the Welcome Email or verification code. | Make sure that you have correctly whitelisted for Learner Hub. See our guide for details. If you are still experiencing issues please contact support@phriendlyphishing.com for help. |
Do learners have to enter the verification code only once? | No, the verification code is required for each login and will always be sent to the email address synced for the learner in the platform. |
Can we set up SSO for Learner Hub? |
Yes, Learner Hub SSO can be set up here. Learner Hub follows a passwordless approach if SSO is not configured. |
Is it mandatory that learners accept the privacy policy to access their training courses? | Yes, it is mandatory that learner accepts the policy to access their training courses. |
How do I know if learners have accepted the policy? | Team Leaders can see if learners have accepted the Learner Hub policy or not in the Policy Acceptance Tab. |
How do I as an admin access the Learner Hub? | Admins who are also Learners will receive the same log in / welcome email as the rest of the learners. |
Can I send the training notification email another way? |
There are two ways you can currently send training notifications through the Phriendly Phishing platform.
You cannot choose a mix of the two options above, you need to pick one way or the other. Our recommended way is the Learner Hub as this provides an enhanced experience for learners. |
When will the welcome email be sent to learner? | The initial welcome email is sent when the learner is first assigned training (or has active training to be completed) after the Learner Hub has been enabled. |
Will all courses be available to learners? |
Courses are only available to Learners in Learner Hub if the learner is enrolled to the course. Future dated courses are not visible in the Learner Hub, they only become visible once the course is ready to start. |
As a Phriendly Phishing Account Admin, how can I confirm that Learner Hub Welcome Email was sent? | Learner Hub Welcome Email is visible in Email Schedule. |
