Notifications

All notifications can be viewed clicking the bell icon found at the right hand side of your screen.

Below are some Notifications that you can see in the platform:

• User Synchronisation has been configured: This notification informs you which learners has been added, removed or failed during the synchronisation process. 
  

• Azure API token has expired: Platform Admin with Azure Admin credential needs to re-login. 
  

• Trigger Synch manually: The sync process may take a few minutes to complete. Once completed, the notification appears.  

• Downloaded Reports (Executive, Phishing and Learning): A notification appears once the report is ready for download.
