Learners Overview

The Learners page allows admins to view and manage the list of learners within the Phriendly Phishing platform including.

• Adding / Removing Learners
  Note: Only applicable if you are Manually Adding Learners to the platform
  
  
• Click in your organisation to Edit learner details, Increase / Decrease Sophistication Level or Remove learner.
  
  
  

Summary of items on this page

1. Download CSV - This button allows the admin to download a CSV list of all learners
   
2. Add/Manage Learners - This button allows admins to manually add or remove learners from the portal either by CSV list or by each individual student
   
3. Choose Actions - This drop-down allows admins to action (Increase level, Decrease level, Remove) multiple learners at a time
   
4. Change Domain - This allows admins to manually change the email domain of users
   
5. Select All - This check box allows admins to select all learners from the current filter settings
   

6. Show selected only- This filter will show only the learners who are selected using the check box

7. Actions - This dropdown allows admins to manually action (Edit, Increase level, Decrease level, Remove) an individual learner 
   
8. Columns- Select the attributes that have been mapped. This allows to view the selected attributes synched from AD/ Azure/ Okta.
