• What Active Directory integrations do you offer and how to setup AD integrations?

There are two methods of Active Directory integration that we currently offer.
User (Learner) synchronisationenables you to connect your Active Directory t o your Phriendly Phishing account. When an individual is added or removed in your AD then this will automatically synchronise to your Phriendly Phishing account.

The benefits of configuring this feature are:

1. Save account administration resource time from manually uploading user lists
2. Automatically sync new staff when they are added to your organisation's active directory
3. Automatically remove staff when they leave the organisation
4. Enable automatic enrolment to kick start a learning and phishing campaign workflow

Single Sign-On enables your Active Directory to be integrated with the Phriendly Phishing platform for company administrators to log into the Phriendly Phishing dashboard. View our Single-Sign configuration to set up this feature.

• Why my Learner Synch stop working?
  

If you are using Azure API, your API token might have expired. 

Under the bell icon, below is what the notification looks likes. Press "Click here to re-login".

     

• Does the Phriendly Phishing platform support the sync set-up of different vendors for a single account?

Phriendly Phishing platform does not explicitly support multiple sync providers in a single zone such as Azure Sync for users and AD synch/ Okta Sync for admins.

As an alternative, you can use Azure API or SCIM synchronisation for Learners and Admins respectively or vice versa.
