• How can I check which Email Template was sent to a Learner?

As an Admin, there are several ways to check if the email sent to a learner is a part of Phriendly Phishing Simulation or to find out which Email Template was sent. 

1. Check the Email Templates in the platform with various keywords like Name, Subject, Content.
   
2. Under Learning Path, click on the Campaign block hover on the envelope icon beside the email address. The Email Subject sent can be viewed
   
3. Check by downloading Email Schedule and filter by month, the Email Template subject is also visible.
4. Most important indication however, is for a learner to report the email using Phriendly Phishing Report button and a pop up message will then appear based on the configuration you have set in Phish Reporter Settings.
