The Email Schedule report documents emails that are scheduled to go out to learners in the portal. Once the portal has assigned the email template to the learner, the data will appear here.
The data in this report shows which email template is being sent, when the email is being sent, who the email is from, and the email address of the learner it is being sent to.
Key Features:
- Broken down by week and day
- The full report can be downloaded as a CSV on a monthly basis.
- The report does not include scheduled emails and historical emails of removed learners.
- It does not include training reminder emails.
How to generate an Email Schedule report
1. Navigate to the Email Schedule tab on the left side of your dashboard.
2. First select the week, then the day to see what is scheduled to be sent on that day.
You can also download the full report using the Download button in the top right corner.
