Learning Paths > Timeline

Timeline located under Learning Paths provides a visual breakdown of training and phishing simulation and its applicable metrics over a specific period. 

This article explains and captures the important details an Admin can find in Learning Paths >Timeline. 

Phishing Simulation blocks

You can view Timeline report of Baseline, Campaign and Spear Phishing blocks.

1. Navigate to Learning Paths -> Timeline and click on the specific block (Baseline, Campaign or Spear phishing) to view timeline report. 

   

2. For each block, the report displays key metrics including:
   
   1. Sent: Total number of emails that was sent out.
   2. Delivered: Total number of emails that were successfully delivered.
   3. Opened: Total number of emails that were opened. An opened is registered when a transparent 1 x 1 pixel image embedded in the email is downloaded.
   4. Click-through rate (CTR): Percentage of delivered emails that resulted in at least one unique click (more details here, Click Report).
   5. Bounced: Number of emails that were not delivered.
   6. Unique Clicks: Includes only one click / action per email even if a learner engages on the same email multiple times.

Training blocks

1. View timeline report of any individual training block or Learning Journey block by navigating to Learning Paths -> Timeline and click on the specific block (Individual or Learning Journey block).

2. For each training block, the report displays key metrics below. Click on the metric widget to view the learner details.

1. Passed: Number of learners who have passed the course.
2. Failed: Number of learners who have failed the course.
3. Incomplete: Number of learners who have the course still incomplete.
4. Not started: Number of learners who haven't started the course.
