The Phish Reporter allows your staff to easily report a phishing email. This feature offers a customisable user experience and branding options.
There are three versions of the Phish Reporter. Log into your Zendesk account to view the installation guides for:
Note: The Phish reporter is available for learners to report from shared inboxes.
How to set up the Phish Reporter in the Phriendly Phishing
Once enabled, the Phish Reporter tab will appear on the left.
1. General information

The nominated email address(es) will receive an email when a user reports a non-Phriendly Phishing email using the Phish Reporter. Use a comma to separate the emails if you are entering multiple addresses. |

If checked, a copy of the reported email will also be sent to our internal CyberCX SOC for analysis, this analysis can be used to track trends or create new templates. |

If checked, when a user reports an email that is on the Safe Domain list/Safe IP List/Safe Email List, the email will not be deleted from the user's inbox. |
2. Custom Message

(This option only applies to the Desktop version.) If toggled, will prevent users being able to disable or enable this setting. |

If check, users will be prompted with a confirmation message before reporting an email. Select the If toggled, will prevent users from being able to disable or enable this setting. |

If checked, will show a confirmation message of the email they reported (Simulated Phriendly Phishing, Other, Safe). You can also enable or disable the individual messages. If toggled, will prevent users from being able to disable or enable this setting. |

This confirmation message will appear when a user reports a Phriendly Phishing Simulated phishing email.

This confirmation message will appear when a user reports a Phriendly Phishing Training email.

This confirmation message will appear when a user reports an email that is deemed safe due to being on the Safe Domain List/Safe IP List/Safe Email List. The reporter will not generate a report to the designated email address in step 1. |

This confirmation message will appear when a user reports any email that isn't from Phriendly Phishing or deemed a safe email. The reporter will then remove the email from the inbox and will generate an email to the designated reporting email address. |

Safe Lists
To add a domain/IP/email address to a safe list, simply go to the correct tab at the top of the Phish Reporter page and hit the '+ Add New" button.
Saving
Once you have finished configuring the Phish Reporter you can select 'Save Settings' at the bottom of the page.
Note: The Phish Reporter settings and safe IP/Domain/Email list will update dynamically if it has already been deployed.
