Get Started with your Phriendly Phishing Account

Welcome to the Phriendly Phishing phamily! We are excited to have you come on board and look forward to working with you!

This page will outline the information and onboarding process you need to know to get started with your Phriendly Phishing subscription.

1. Account Activation

Our Customer Success and Support team will configure your Phriendly Phishing account. Once this has been completed, you will receive an activation email to set up your company administrative account.  Please activate your account within 24 hours using the link in your email. 

Customers also have access to our Phriendly Phishing Self-Service Onboarding, which will allow you to use our in-platform interactive guide to set up your account.

2. Whitelisting Configuration

1. Add Phriendly Phishing IP addresses and domains to your mail gateways. Please see our whitelisting guide here.
2. Generate a whitelist test to ensure the Phriendly Phishing emails are getting through to your staff.

3. User Provisioning

Synchronising users from your IdP allows your staff to automatically be added, changed, and deleted in the Phriendly Phishing platform. This includes any associated attributes. Once configured, you will be able to manage all your users in the Phriendly Phishing platform.

We have 4 different integration options available. Please select your preferred method below for the applicable installation guide.  

• Entra ID API User Synchronisation
• Entra ID SCIM User Provisioning
• Okta User Synchronisation
• Active Directory (AD) User Synchronisation

If preferred, you can Import Users via CSV File. (Note: this method requires ongoing resources for your company admin to maintain and schedule learners.)

4. Phish Reporter Add-in (optional)

Phish Reporter add-in empowers your employees to report suspicious emails with one click for analysis and mitigation. If you'd like to set up this feature, please follow this article to configure your settings.

We have 3 version of the Phish Reporter. Please select your preferred version below for the applicable installation guide.  

• Install O365 Phish Reporter
• Install Google Workspace Phish Reporter
• Install Desktop Phish Reporter

5. Learner Hub

The Learner Hub is the platform learners will log into to access all of their training completion and certificates. We recommend to set set-up SSO to make it easy for staff to log-in. Should you decide not to enable SSO, staff will be able to log-in via a one time passcode. Click here to configure Learner Hub: Single Sign-On (SSO)
